Eligibility, Registration, and Verification

Only individuals who meet the minimum age required by applicable law and who are not prohibited by law from gambling may register and place bets on Jek7. The operator may request identity verification documents and proof of address. If verification is not completed to the operator's satisfaction, access to the account may be suspended or restricted. The operator conducts ongoing AML and KYC screening in accordance with applicable laws and licensing obligations.

Definitions

  • Bet — an agreement by a client to stake funds on a specified outcome under a Market on Jek7.
  • Market — a listed betting category representing a specific outcome or range of outcomes on an event.
  • Outcome — the result or state of a Market that determines settlement of a bet.
  • Odds — the multiplier applied to the stake to determine the potential payout at the time of bet acceptance.
  • Stake — the amount of money wagered on a bet.
  • Payout — the amount returned to the bettor upon successful settlement of a bet, calculated as Stake multiplied by Odds, subject to rounding rules described herein.
  • Event — the scheduled contest or occurrence on which bets may be offered.
  • Live Bet — a bet placed on events as they unfold in real time.

Bets, Markets, and Settlement

All bets are accepted on the line published by Jek7 at the time of bet placement. Bets may be Prematch or Live, and acceptance is subject to market availability and system integrity. Bets may be voided or adjusted in accordance with these Rules, including but not limited to obvious errors, fraudulent activity, or technical issues.

  • Bet Acceptance and Timing. Bets must be placed before the start of the event unless a Live market is active. Bets placed on events after the official start time may be settled at the odds available at settlement if the event was already in progress at bet acceptance. Any bet registered after an event result is known may be treated as void.
  • Types of Bets. The following standard bet types may be offered:
    • Single — a bet on a single outcome from one Market.
    • Accumulator (Multiple) — a bet on two or more unrelated outcomes; all selections must win for a payout. If any selection fails, the entire bet loses. The payout is the product of the odds of all selections.
    • System — a bet comprising multiple bets of the same size on a defined set of outcomes; each component is settled separately and all components contribute to payout as defined by the system configuration.
    • Conditional — a chain of bets where only the first (main) part is paid out initially; subsequent parts are funded from the winnings of the main part. If the main part loses, all conditional parts fail.
  • Void and Non-Eligible Bets. Bets on markets that are not determined by the close of settlement or on events that are cancelled or not started may be void. Bets placed in conflict with the stated rules, or on events with obvious errors, may be cancelled or refunded.
  • Outright and Play-or-Pay. Outright markets (season-long, tournament, or finalist bets) may continue to settle regardless of participant changes, subject to Play-or-Pay rules. If a listed participant cannot take part, the bet may still stand and be settled as described in the market terms. Head-to-head markets may be treated differently and are subject to specific market rules. If a participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team-level markets may stand while certain individual markets may be void.

Live Betting

Live bets are accepted during events when outcomes remain undetermined. Odds update in real time to reflect the evolving state of play. Settlement occurs after the official result is announced or when the event is concluded. Claims related to Live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event start. Live bets may be void or adjusted in the event of interruptions, official rule changes, or discrepancies between live data and official results.

Postponements, Cancellations, and Abandoned Events

  • Postponement. If an event is postponed and does not commence within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, Jek7 reserves the right to void unsettled bets and refund stakes, unless the market description specifically states otherwise. If the event resumes within the permitted window, settlements shall proceed according to the resumed outcome.
  • Abandonment or Non-Completion. If an event is abandoned after its start and is not resumed and completed within 48 hours, unsettled bets may be voided and stakes refunded, and markets determined by the final official result as appropriate will be settled.
  • Overtime and Additional Periods. For markets where the official results include overtime or extra periods, settlements will reflect the result after those periods unless the market description states otherwise. Penalties, shootouts, or deciders may be ignored unless explicitly stated in the market terms.

Odds are displayed with two decimal places. Internal calculations may use higher precision, with the final payout rounded down in two decimals. The maximum time frame between bet settlement and any required re-settlement is 30 days. If a referee decision or official rule changes after bet placement impacts settlement, Jek7 reserves the right to adjust settlements accordingly, provided such decision is communicated before the conclusion of the event or the applicable settlement window.

Rules for Misconduct, Fraud, and Market Integrity

Jek7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for suspected irregular betting patterns, by-passing limits, collusion with participants, or other forms of manipulation. The operator may void bets or withhold settlements as necessary to preserve market integrity, and may report suspected wrongdoing to the appropriate regulatory authorities where required by law.

Promotions, Bonuses, and Wagering

Promotional offers and bonus funds are subject to clearly stated terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligibility criteria. Wagering on bonus funds is governed by the specific promotion terms; wagering from bonus balance does not guarantee winnings in real funds. Any attempt to exploit bonuses to circumvent standard rules may result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, as well as account restrictions.

Security, Data, and Privacy

Jek7 implements security measures to protect account data and supports KYC and AML requirements. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and licensing obligations. Users must safeguard login credentials and promptly report any suspected unauthorized access.

Disputes, Disclosures, and Governing Law

Disputes related to bet settlements should be raised through the official support channels within 30 days of the event end. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the matter may be referred to the licensing authority or equivalent regulatory body as permitted by law. These Rules and all bets are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to Jek7, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

Modifications and Termination

Jek7 reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules. Jek7 may suspend or terminate accounts for noncompliance with these Rules or regulatory obligations.

Contact and Support

For questions or to submit a dispute, contact the support team via the in-platform help system. Support will provide a written response and preserve the relevant bet history and settlement data for review.
